    The slippery pool access tiles really need to be replaced!!! The restaurant's basic structure resembles a school canteen and fails to match the resort's premium pricing!!!

    The river flowing right beneath us. We enjoyed the spacious layout and modern amenities, but the air conditioning struggled a bit on hotter days. It would have been nice to have more variety in the breakfast options.

    Beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.

    While checking in, the front desk staff were rather unfriendly. I was happy with the facilities and the friendly service from the bistro staff. Upon checkout, my family and I were disappointed that no farewell gesture was given, unlike other guests who received souvenirs was good.

    Our stay with friends was really fun! The riverside location allowed for fun activities like kayaking and paddle boating. We loved chilling in the luxurious cabin, especially with the complimentary two-seater kayak. The view was fantastic and the food surpassed our expectations!

    One downside we experienced was that the air conditioning in the cabin could have been stronger, made for a slightly uncomfortable night.

    Staying in the X Float Cabin was amazing! Super comfy king-size bed and the amenities were just on point. I loved the rooftop area for stargazing-so serene and peaceful. The view of the river was just gorgeous! Only downside? Other guests could peek into the room a bit. But overall, very spacious and beautifully decorated. This cabin is a real gem!

    It was just a perfect match for a transient visit in Kanchanaburi with really good value. The cabin had the softest king-size bed, the best sleep of my life. Make sure to enjoy the scenic views from the rooftop during sunrise and sunset.

    Beautiful cabins with a great view of the river. We enjoyed kayaking and cycling around the area. The food could be better. Limited English spoken by some staff made it hard to communicate at times.

    The restaurant at Cross River Kwai serves some epic eats! Don't miss the signature meats. They're life-changing. Plus, the breakfast spread is a feast fit for a king, and the service feels like family. The view from the Pool Xide Cabin was just sublime!

    Check-in was a bit frosty-could've used more warmth. After the great stay, we were left hanging without a farewell treat while others got souvenirs.

    Located next to the river, this resort offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the city. the Bridge restaurant serves delicious Thai and Western dishes, including lemony risotto and zucchini sunflower sprout salad. It's also convenient to visit the Safari Park, which is just a 30-minute drive away from the resort.

    There are limited transportation options to explore the area, and the bicycles provided by the resort are not practical.

    I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a peaceful and beautiful location. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
